Deleted and Replaced Section J: List of Documents, Exhibits, and Other Attachments Attachment C, Small Business Subcontracting Plan Fiscal Year 2021 version is deleted and replaced with the Small Business Subcontracting Plan Fiscal Year 2022. Attachment E, Applicable Laws and Regulations (List A) version contained in M1277 is deleted and replaced with the Applicable Laws and Regulations (List A) contained in M1318.

Deleted and Replaced Section H: Special Contract Requirements Clause H.3 Employee Compensation: Pay and Benefits is deleted and replaced to the contract with the most current version.

Added Section I: Contract Clauses Clause I.177 52.242-3 Penalties for Unallowable Costs (Sep 2021) is added to the contract as a new clause.

Added Section I: Contract Clauses Clause 176 52.223-99 – Ensuring Adequate COVID-19 Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors (OCT 2021) (DEVIATION) is added to the contract as a new clause.

Deleted and Replaced Total award value increased from $6.5 billion to $9 billion in FPDS-NG to accommodate remaining award term. Section J: List of Documents, Exhibits, and Other Attachments* Attachment J – Performance Evaluation and Measurement Plan (PEMP) dated March 9, 2021, is deleted and replaced with the Fiscal Year 2022 PEMP dated Sept. 30, 2021, and is incorporated into this contract by reference.
